Mini-Circuits’ EPQ-113+ is a wideband 5 to 11 GHz, 90° hybrid. It splits an input signal into two output signals with quadrature phase shift between them. It provides low loss, wideband in a small layout size and handles high power with good VSWR.
Mini-Circuits’ EPQ-133+ is a wideband 7 to 12.5 GHz, 90° hybrid. It splits an input signal into two output signals with quadrature phase shift between them. It provides low loss, wideband in a small layout size and handles high power with good VSWR. Features include low insertion loss, 0.7 dB typ. at 9 to 10 GHz; good isolation, 19 dB typ. at 9 to 10 GHz; miniature size, 4 x 4 mm and high power.
Mini-Circuits has expanded the company’s offering of surface-mount couplers with a series of stripline-based models providing extremely high power handling in a miniature, low-profile printed laminate form factor. Model BDCH-35-272 is a bi-directional coupler which achieves 150 W RF power handling for applications from 700 to 2700 MHz including DAS, transmission signal monitoring, antenna reflection monitoring and more.
Mini-Circuits’ ZX10-2-1252+ is a coaxial, ultra-wideband 2-way 0˚ splitter/combiner providing RF input power handling up to 1.85 W as a splitter and 0.7 dB insertion loss for an extremely wide range of applications from 1800 to 12500 MHz. Its outstanding combination of low loss and low unbalance make this model an excellent choice for distributing signals in systems where efficient transmission of signal power is needed.
LVA-123+ (RoHS compliant) is an advanced ultra-wideband amplifier fabricated using GaAs HBT technology and offers excellent gain flatness over a broad frequency range. In addition, the LVA-123+ has good input and output return loss over this frequency range without the need for external matching components. Lead finish is tin-silver over nickel. It has repeatable performance from lot to lot and is enclosed in a 3 x 3 mm 8-lead package for very good thermal performance.
Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems has presented Mini-Circuits with its 4-Star Supplier Award for outstanding quality and service for the sixth consecutive year. The award was presented to Mini-Circuits at Raytheon’s Operational Excellence Supplier Conference recently held in Danvers, Massachusetts.
PHA-1H+ (RoHS compliant) is an advanced wideband amplifier fabricated using E-PHEMT technology and offers extremely high dynamic range over a broad frequency range and with low noise figure. In addition, the PHA-1H+, unlike competitive models, has good input and output return loss over a broad frequency range without the need for external matching components and has demonstrated excellent reliability.
Mini-Circuits’ CY2-143+ is an ultra-wideband MMIC frequency doubler, converting input frequencies from 2 to 7 GHz into output frequencies from 4 to 14 GHz. Its wide output range makes this model suitable for broadband systems as well as a wide variety of narrowband applications. Utilizing GaAs HBT technology, the multiplier comes housed in a tiny 4 x 4 x 1 mm MCLP package and offers excellent repeatability, low inductance, good thermal efficiency, and low cost.
