RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an 11 to 17 GHz driver amplifier providing 25 dB of small signal gain and 19 dBm nominal P1dB. The Qorvo TGA2243-SM integrates three amplification stages in a single 4 x 4 mm QFN package with acopper alloy base. Operating from a 6 to 9 V supply, the Qorvo TGA2243-SM draws only 85 mA. Applications for the TGA2243-SM include VSAT, Point-to-Point radio and military radios in the Ku Band.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a LowDrift^TM BAW filter created for Band 2 uplink applications centered at 1880 MHz. Qorvo’s 885053 has 60 MHz of usable bandwidth and can handle up to 2 W of RF input power. Featuring a low insertion loss of 2.8 dB max, the Qorvo 885053 offers single-input, single-output operation. No external matching components are required which simplifies circuit design.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support a high dynamic range, analog controlled, variable gain amplifier (VGA) operating from 0.7 to 2.8 GHz. The Qorvo TQC9074 offers 30 dB of analog controlled gain variation range and an OIP3 of 41.5 dBm. Applications include remote radio heads and small cell infrastructure. The TQC9074 draws 235 mA from a 5 V supply. Users can access each stage of the module for performance enhancements in their design.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for two highly selective, LowDriftä BAW filters created for Band 3 uplink and downlink applications. Qorvo’s TQQ0303 provides 75 MHz of usable bandwidth and up to 1 W power handling for Band 3 downlink applications. The Qorvo TQQ0302 offers similar bandwidth and power handling for Band 3 uplink. Both TQQ0303 and TQQ0302 offer single-input, single-output operation.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support a 5-bit, 0.75dB LSB attenuator for applications in the 10-20GHz frequency range. 

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Peregrine Semiconductor’s PE42524 SPDT RF switch operating from 10 MHz to 40 GHz utilizing UltraCMOS^â SOI technology. The PE42524 offers high isolation (>48 dB midband) and low insertion loss (<1.8 dB midband). Beyond this impressive performance, the PE42524 also boasts high linearity of 31.5 dBm P1dB at 26.5 GHz. High isolation is ideal for applications in filter bank switching.

RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support a 5-bit, 0.75 dB LSB attenuator for applications in the 10 to 20 GHz frequency range. Qorvo’s TGL2616-SM 5 bit accuracy offers an attenuation range of 23.25 dB. RMS step error is <0.3 dB while RMS attenuation error is <0.6 dB. Input IP3 for Qorvo’s digital step attenuator is rated at >36 dBm. Qorvo offers the TGL2616 as a DIE version of this device.
