RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TGA2611, 2 to 6 GHz LNA utilizing TriQuint’s GaN25 technology. GaN processes provide a highly robust input coupled with low noise figure and high gain, ideal characteristics for S- and C-Band radar receivers or broadband communication receivers.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for a new line of dual use RF absorber + thermally conductive pad material from MAST Technologies. Trademarked Suppress-n-Sink, the target application is reducing harmful reflections from heat-sinks and heat-spreaders used on RF components.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint’s TGA2567-SM, an AlN packaged, 2 to 20 GHz low noise amplifier (LNA). The TGA2567-SM provides 19 dBm P1 dB output power with 17 dB of small signal gain. Greater than 16 dB of adjustable gain can be achieved by varying Vg2. Typical mid-band noise figure is 2 dB while OIP3 is specified at 29 dBm.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for P1dB’s 100 W, low PIM termination. Covering 0.8 to 2.6GHz, the P1dB P1LP-Term-716J100W features low PIM performance of <163dBc at +43dBm/tone. VSWR performance is 1.09:1 from a 7/16 female connector.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Sunny Electronics SVP-53 series of FastClock™ voltage controlled crystal oscillators (VCXO’s).The SVP-53 uses a new, state-of-the-art, factory-configurable silicon technology that allows for a wide choice of frequency, voltage and output combinations. The SVP-53 series of FastClock™ VCXO’s offers customers the ultimate flexibility with delivery of a high performance VCXO in as little as five days.
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for Skyworks SKY12215-478LF, a 125 W SPDT switch covering 0.9 to 4.0 GHz. Based on silicon PIN diode technology, the SKY12215-478LF features low insertion loss of 0.4 dB, minimizing receiver noise figure in Rx applications.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TGA2814, S-Band amplifier from TriQuint Semiconductor. The TGA2814 covers 3.1 to 3.6 GHz with up to 80 W pulsed Psat and power added efficiency as high as 56%. Using 0.25 um GaN technology, this two-stage amplifier provides 25 dB of gain while drawing only 125 mA from a 30 V source.
RFMW Ltd. has opened direct sales offices in Russia. With locations in Moscow and St. Petersburg, the new sales organization will support customers in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Belarus, Armenia, Georgia and Kazakhstan.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design, sales support and availability of TriQuint Semiconductor’s TAT8804D1H ultra-linear GaAs amplifier MMIC intended for output stage amplification in CATV infrastructure applications where flat gain and low distortion are key considerations.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Scintera Networks SC1894 radio frequency power amplifier linearizer (RFPAL). As power amplifiers are driven into saturation they increase in both efficiency and distortion. The SC1894 injects a correction signal at the input of the PA in order to minimize distortion at the output of the PA. The result is higher output power from the PA and increased efficiency.
