The RFPD3210 and RFPD3220 are hybrid GaAs/GaN devices offering excellent linearity and low distortion. RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for API Technologies’ 305W single channel rotary joint. The API rotary joint is used to transmit RF energy from a stationary RF source to a rotating RF line. The 305W operates from DC to 12.4 GHz through type N coaxial connectors. VSWR is as low as 1.15:1. Rotary joints have inherently low insertion loss as evidenced by the 305W with loss ranging from <0.2 dB below 6 GHz to <0.3 dB below 12.4 GHz.
