Modelithics Inc. welcomed Syfer to the Modelithics Vendor Partner (MVP) Program. Syfer and Modelithics have collaborated to develop a Microwave Global Model™ for Syfer’s 0603 case-size High Q Ultra-Low ESR capacitor family. These simulation models are substrate scalable, part-value scalable, pad scalable, and orientation selectable (vertical or horizontal surface-mount).
Modelithics Inc. has teamed with Mini-Circuits to develop high-accuracy simulation models of Mini-Circuits’ 3.2 x 1.6 mm case-size surface-mount LFCN Low-pass filters and HFCN High-pass filters. The substrate-scalable models are validated up to 13 GHz, depending on the frequency band specifications of each filter.
Modelithics Inc. has collaborated with TriQuint Semiconductor Inc. to develop high-accuracy simulation models for five popular Gen II GaN Transistors from TriQuint, including the TGF2023-2-01, TGF2023-2-02, TGF2023-2-05, TGF2023-2-10 and TGF2023-2-20.

Piconics Inc. and Modelithics Inc. have collaborated to upgrade the previous Piconics conical inductor S-parameter models to full equivalent circuit models, now offering substrate scalability/selectability, series and shunt configurations, and broadband validation up to as high as 65 GHz for some configurations. These models represent the first comprehensive, measurement-based equivalent circuit models for conical inductors in the Modelithics Library.
KEMET Corp., a leading manufacturer of tantalum, ceramic, aluminum, film, paper and electrolytic capacitors, and Modelithics have partnered to provide highly accurate and scalable Global™ models of KEMET’s CBR Series of capacitors, sizes 0201, 0402, 0603, and 0805, for RF and microwave applications. As an innovation for this work, aimed at improved design centering, Modelithics used actual low frequency capacitance of parts used for RF model development instead of assumed nominal part value.
AWR Corp. and Modelithics Inc. have announced the release of Version 9.3 of the Modelithics® COMPLETE Library for AWR’s Microwave Office™ high-frequency design software.

The combined product offerings of Modelithics® CLRand COMPLETE (CLR, NLT, NLT, and SLC) libraries alongside AWR’s Microwave Office™ software gives microwave designers immediate access to high-fidelity parameterized models that better predict real-world behavior when simulated within the AWR design environment.
