Designed specifically for WiMAX Base station, Renaissance Electronics’ 15C2NM is the RF interface DAS panel that duplexes the BTS port for Rx/UL and Tx/DL channels with the help of a circulator. The power levels on the UL and DL can be adjusted by the use of fixed and manual rotary attenuators.
Renaissance has designed a new octave band drop-in circulator, 3G7BH that covers a bandwidth of 5.2 to 11 GHz over -20 ° to +85° C. With insertion loss less than 0.95 dB over the entire band, the circulator is robust to handle 20 W of incident RF power. Return loss and isolation of 13 dB ensures better match to the RF circuitry where it's being placed.
The HRAD6.5-005 Power Amplifier /Upconverter covers the frequency range from 5.5 to 7.0 GHz and is usable to 7.2 GHz. MMIC technology is used to achieve high reliability and repeatability. An output level of 3.5 W saturated has been achieved. The SSG is 40 dB at 6.5 GHz. Multiple devices buffered by ferrite junctions used to achieve the best circuitry allowing the use of a single bias to power the amplifier.
Since 1991 Renaissance has been a key supplier of Ferrite devices for major military and commercial applications. These state of the art Isolators and Circulators cover the frequency range from 40 MHz to 120 GHz with low insertion loss and High Isolation specifications.
The HLNAV-364 Low Noise Amplifier covers the frequency range from 50 to 65 GHz minimum and is usable over a wider range. The unit offers a minimum of 25 dB of gain over that range. The LNA bandwidth is matched to the frequency range of WR-15 waveguide-to-coax adapters allowing it to be used for broadband test setups.
Renaissance Electronics Corporation/HXI is pleased to showcase the HHPAV-362 Power Amplifier it covers the frequency range from 59 to 61 GHz and is usable to 65 GHz. MMIC technology is employed for high reliability and repeatability. The amplifier can be used in transmitters for communication and radar systems and also as part of test equipment suites.
Renaissance Electronics Corporation/HXI is pleased to announce our lines of HMPA and HHPA Medium and High Power Amplifiers which cover the frequency range from 8 to 100 GHz. New models for 2010 include 28-32 GHz and 32-36 GHz units as well as several new designs in V-Band and W-Band.
