Based on customer demand, Modelithics Inc. announced an expansion of their now established X-parameter measurement-based modeling services to include conversions of nonlinear equivalent circuit (“compact”) models to X-parameter models.
Investigates compact transistor models and their value add to a successful MMIC design flow and, when used in conjunction with circuit simulators, can lead to first-pass design success and first-to-market
Agilent Technologies Inc. released the enhanced Agilent Command Expert and IO Libraries Suite, software tools that accelerate the development of automated electronic instrument connection and control for many PC applications. The enhanced software allows users to more easily access the key features of their instruments.
AWR Corp. has been issued a U.S. Patent by the United States Patent and Trademark Office for a “block-specific harmonic balance analysis system.” Originally filed on December 3, 2008, US Patent No. 8,131,521 addresses circuit simulation using multi-rate harmonic balancing. Specifically, the invention -- known as MRHB™ and first available within AWR’s 2009 product release -- speeds the design of complex circuits by enabling the effective reduction of analysis dimensions (e.g., frequency or time).
Agilent Technologies Inc. announced that Télécom ParisTech has selected the company’s SystemVue software for use in analog and mixed integrated systems research.
NXP Software is demonstrating new smart player solutions for TV and Video on Demand (VOD) at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2012. They provide seamless access to content from any device and enable exciting experiences like social TV. Visitors can try out a combined video player and social control panel that lets people watch and interact with friends at the same time.
Researchers and engineers use CST STUDIO SUITE for the design of EM based components in application areas as diverse as MW&RF component design, EMC and signal and power integrity analysis. CST’s latest software release, CST STUDIO SUITE version 2012 and its multitude of powerful new features and functionality, can help them to streamline their workflows and shorten development cycles.
