Rohde & Schwarz is presenting an optimized platform for the low-power range. The platform consists of the R&S SLx8000 transmitter family and the associated R&S XLx8000 transposers and gap fillers, which make it possible to flexibly close smaller coverage gaps.

Launched in 2007, the R&S CMW270 WiMAX communication tester from Rohde & Schwarz now offers the capability to emulate a base station (signaling mode). This capability means utmost flexibility and test depth. Plus, the measurement speed of the instrument is up to ten times higher than that of existing test solutions. This results in maximum throughput in the production of WiMAX chipsets and mobile stations.

Rohde & Schwarz offers a worldwide unique solution for generating MIMO signals. The high-end R&S SMU200A RF signal generator as well as the R&S AMU200A baseband generator and fading simulator combine everything that is required for 2x2 MIMO tests in only one instrument.
