Renaissance Electronics Corporation’s System Group has designed a dual 48 x 4 switch matrix for ATE applications that can cover from 700 MHz (LTE) to 6 GHz (Wi-Fi) frequencies. Using high reliability solid state switches, the switching speed is on the order of nanoseconds helping test handsets and other portable communication devices with minimum delay time.
The HGM and HGV series Gunn Oscillators cover the 7 to 150 GHz frequency range. A wide variety of designs provide solutions for most applications. Units are available with mechanical and/or electrical tuning, providing many possible tuning configurations.

Model SFB-06-E2 from SAGE Millimeter Inc. is a D-Band, externally biased balanced mixer. The mixer employs high performance GaAs Schottky beamlead diodes, balanced configuration and proprietary bias circuitry to produce superior RF performance with very low LO pumping level. The low LO pumping level is desirable feature at higher millimeterwave bands.
The NI PXIe-5186 digitizer, co-developed by National Instruments and Tektronix, delivers a new level of performance in the small-form-factor, low-power PXI platform. Model SDLVA-0R71R3-75-CD-3 is a successive detection log video amplifier that operates over the 700 to 1300 MHz frequency range. This model has a Dynamic Range of 75 dB, a log slope of 40 mV/dB. The log linearity is ±1.2 dB typical from -65 to +5 dBm input power levels and a typical TSS of -70 dBm.
