PMI Model No. PUB-15-30M20G-20-LCA is a 30MHz to 20.0GHz low noise amplifier which provides 15 dB of gain while maintaining a gain flatness of ±2.5 dB typically over the operating frequency. The noise figure is 3 dB typical and offers a typical OP1 dB of +20 dBm. The amplifier requires +12 to +15 VDC and the current draw is 225 mA typical.

PMI Model Number LM-30M3G-C3-1 is a high power limiter that operates from 30 MHz to 3.0 GHz. This limiter can handle input power levels up to 5 W CW and provides a maximum leakage of +10 dBm. The insertion loss is 1.2 dB maximum with a maximum VSWR of 1.5:1. The recovery time is less than 1 usec.

PMI Model No. PUB-14-30M20G-14-LCA is a 30 MHz to 20.0 GHz low noise amplifier which provides 14 dB of gain while maintaining a gain flatness of ±1.2 dB typically over the operating frequency. The noise figure is 3 dB typical and offers an OP1 dB of +14 dBm typical.

PMI Model No. PE2-30-218-4R0-20-12-SFF-BT is a 2.0 to 18.0GHz low noise amplifier that has an integrated bias-tee network on the output port. This amplifier provides 30 dB of gain while maintaining a maximum gain flatness of ±2.0 dB max over the operating frequency.

Anaren, Inc. announced it has introduced a low-cost, low-profile subminiature 3 dB, 90º hybrid coupler (part no. C1517J5003AHF) offering excellent performance characteristics in an easy-to-use surface mount package. The C1517J5003AHF is ideal for balanced power, low-noise amplifiers, signal distribution, and other applications where low insertion loss and tight amplitude and phase balance are required.

Renaissance has recently manufactured a 50 kW peak power circulator that can sustain 300 W CW operating at 775 to 920 MHz.  The input and output connectors are 7/8” EIA and the third port has a HN connector.

Renaissance's 3SLE2NAJ is a compact surface mount (0.394 sq-inch footprint) that covers 420 to 450 MHz. With a low insertion loss of 0.8 dB and isolation exceeding 15 dB over 0 to 55 C, it is ideal for short range PA system applications.

Renaissance’s new broadband circulator is ideal for transmitter protection application.  Operating over 962 to 1213 MHz, this device can withstand 2000 W peak and 20 W average power levels.  It is designed to sustain temperatures from -55 to +120 C while the loss is maintained below 0.5 dB.

Renaissance has designed a Ka band microstrip isolator that can handle 2W forward and reverse for satcom applications. It is designed with a compact size of 5 x 6 mm case.  It provides low insertion loss in the forward direction and high isolation in the reverse.
