Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. announced that its XTREME 256 matrix switch and distribution equipment was procured by a U.S. Government media agency for expansion of its satellite network capacity.

Comparable to other large defense shows such as DSEI (which is also in 2017), IDEX featured country pavilions, outdoor exhibits and was co-located with NAVDEX. Linwave Technology has received orders totaling $1.7 million for specialized microwave products.

Mercury Systems, Inc. announced that it has acquired Delta Microwave, LLC for $40.5 million in cash. Mercury was attracted by Delta's strengths in high power, high frequency active and passive microwave components and subassemblies — particularly in GaN solid-state power amplifiers — which are driving strong backlog and growth.
