Inphi to Demonstrate Monobit Receiver Application at IMS

June 17, 2008

Answering the critical need for high-speed and performance for electronic warfare and electronic counter-measure applications, Inphi Corp. will demonstrate a monobit receiver application that utilizes its 25706CP 25 GHz Latched Comparator, which features the industry’s highest sampling rates of up to 25 GHz, at the 2008 International Microwave Symposium (IMS). This advanced technology enables detection and identification of gigahertz frequencies in real time at a fraction of the size, weight and cost of conventional methods. The demonstration will take place at Inphi’s Booth 222 at IMS, held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA, June 17-19, 2008.

“The military market’s demand for high-speed monobit receivers is growing exponentially,” said Francis Ho, business line manager of High Speed Logic for Inphi Corp. “Monobit receivers enable the measurement of simultaneous signals in real-time to detect radar pulses and other signals, and the heart of that technology is a high performance latched comparator. With the highest performing family of latched comparators in the industry, Inphi is the preferred supplier among customers requiring performance, reliability and value.”
