Surface-mount Mini-balun

This miniaturized version of the Xinger-brand surface-mount balun's specifications include an insertion loss of 0.35 dB max, frequency of 2.4 GHz, 600 MHz bandwidth and power handling of 22 W CW. Ideal applications are 802.11b/g access points, embedded WLAN platforms, micro and pico cell PA matching for UMTS, W-CDMA PA pre-driver matching, MMDS transceivers and 2.6 GHz licensed consumer band. Receive Filter

The WSF-00235 receive filter is for China's CDMA 800 MHz Microcel base station. The WSF-00235 features a narrow passband with low insertion loss over the passband, typically < 1.5 dB with high out of band attenuation levels. A low pass filter is built in for additional attenuation to 12.75 GHz.

Precision High Power Adapters

These adapters are designed to adapt 14 mm to 7-16 female or male connectors. They exhib-it 1.02 SWR over their full frequency range, are phase matched, and can be used in a variety of applications. Magic Tee

The WRD-650 magic tee operates over the extended frequency range of 6.0 to 18.0 GHz. Maximum SWR is typically 1.60 dB with a collinear isolation of 15 dB minimum and sum-to-delta isolation of 30 dB minimum. Insertion loss of 0.5 dB is typically obtained with a phase balance of ±5° maximum.

Hybrid Ring Divider/Combiner

This hybrid ring divider/combiner is designed to cover wireless bands from 1.700 to 2.000 GHz with average RF power handling capability of 1000 W when an external termination is used at the isolation point. The model 700-3 is ideally suited for high power dividing or combining applications and measures 4.29" dia x 1.56". The switch provides 25 dB isolation, SWR of 1.20 and insertion loss of less than 0.1 dB. High Power Switch

The P/N 411NTV-2308 model hermetically sealed transfer switch with SMA connectors performs from DC to 1 GHz with upgrade capability up to 18 GHz. DC characteristics include 26 to 32 VDC (28 VDC nominal) with 140 mA typical at 25°C operation. Equipped with a failsafe actuator, this switch has an operating speed of 20 ms (max) but can be upgraded to switch in less than 5 ms.

Economical Couplers

This Slimline series of low package volume, formable directional couplers operate at incremental bands from 100 MHz to 3 GHz, with coupling values of 4.77, 6, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50 and 52 dB. Coupling variation is ± 1.0 dB. Electrical performance offers typical insertion loss of 0.3 dB, directivity of 20 dB minimum and SWR of 1.2 maximum. Power handling of up to 200 W CW is available. Mini-SMB Snap-on Connector Series

The 75 Ω mini-SMB snap-on connector series delivers broadband performance with low reflection DC through 4 GHz in applications where weight and physical space is limited. This series meets the demands of wireless markets such as test and measurement, telecommunications, global positioning satellites, process control and PC/LAN. Custom Filters

These high frequency computerized custom low pass filters are available built to user speci- fications for both cut-off frequency and rejection regions. This series of filters have cut-off frequencies up to 50.5 GHz with as many as 10 sections. Direct control of the cut-off frequency and skirt selectivity is achieved by varying the number of sections. Quick Lock Connectors

Suface-mount Trimmers

This series of miniature, low profile surface-mount trimmer capacitors have been added to the SURFTRIM® line. Models in this series measure only 3.2 x 2.5 mm, with a height of less than 1.3 mm above the mounting surface. A thin silicone coating for protection allows usage for assembly processes that include washing. Four capacitance ranges are offered: 3.0 to 5 pF, 3.0 to 10 pF, 5.0 to 20 pF and 7.0 to 30 pF. AMPLIFIERS

X-band Amplifiers

The SSLNA is an X-band low noise solid-state amplifier that covers the 8.4 to 9.4 GHz band. This unit exhibits a typical noise figure of 2.5 dB and incorporates a high power limiter in the front end of the amplifier. Minimum gain across the band is 27 dB with typical gain flatness of ±0.5 dB. This low noise amplifier has phase linearity performance that is always less than 4° RMS. Ku-K Band Amplifier

Buffer Amplifier

This gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) buffer amplifier is supplied in a surface-mount leadless chip carrier compatible with a high volume surface-mount technology (SMT) process. This SMT package three-stage buffer amplifier can be biased for low noise or power configurations. The amplifier has a small signal gain of 19 dB and typical output IP3 of 27 dBm across the band. ANTENNAS

Ceiling Omnidirectional Antenna

Low Phase Noise DRO

This 21 GHz dielectric resonator oscillator (DRO) features a low phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset. Surface-mount VCO

Wideband VCO Family

Receiver

This 6 to 18 GHz receiver utilizes microstrip technology and standard PC board construc- tion. Phase Shifter/Frequency Translator

Vector Network Analysis Systems
