Delay Line
The SloWave™ delay line is available in frequency ranges from 800 MHz to 2.7 GHz and in delay times from 3 to 20 ns. Custom delays and frequencies are also available. RF Front End Assembly
The model WSA-00115 integrated RF front end (RFFE) assembly is comprised of three as- semblies, each dedicated for alpha, beta and gamma sectors of a typical three-sectored cell site. Each assembly is comprised of dual transmit and receive paths through two separate duplexers, each duplexer consisting of SWR monitoring through high directivity dual directional couplers/detectors, RF transmit and receive sample ports and low noise amplifiers with two-way splitters. SWR and power status is provided in two forms, first with front panel LEDs, and second with rear panel alarm lines. Broadband Microwave Chip Capacitor, Inductor and Resistor Models
Models for surface-mount inductors, resistors and capacitors spanning DC to 10 GHz are available for components from several vendors and for a wide range of nominal parts values and sizes. The substrate-dependent models incorporate adjacent ground effects, and the parameters scale with the substrate thickness and dielectric constant. The models are equivalent circuit topologies with effective series resistance being determined with precision measurement techniques. DC-to-DC Converters
The MT Series DC-to-DC converters offers power ratings of 50, 100 and 150 W. These units are ideal for board mounting and distributed power systems in telecom applications. Isolator
The model 2A7NDY isolator features excellent loss performance for SATCOM applications. It has low insertion loss of less than 0.15 dB (typ) operating between 7.2 and 7.8 GHz. The maximum SWR is 1.15 and the typical isolation is 30 dB over the -40° to +85°C range. The present model can handle 2 W of reverse power but can be designed to handle up to 50 W.

Coaxial Phase Adjustors
The 5050 Series phase adjustor provides continually variable phase shift over the frequency bands of DC to 2, DC to 12 and DC to 18 GHz. Surface-mount Feedthru
This surface-mount feedthru, called a Bell Pin, has been developed to work with lightweight aluminum or brass housings, easily mounting to the bottom of the package creating true surface-mountable parts with increased performance. Rated with an SWR of less than 1.5 up to 15 GHz and offering true 50 Ω performance, this technique is the ideal solution to costly, bulky Kovar packaging problems. The model 311-00036 ceramic filter is designed to be used in wireless 802.11 LAN applications including WI-FI, NIC and AP. mm-Wave Power Amplifiers
The model AA026P2-A4 and AA032P1-A4 broadband millimeter-wave medium power amplifiers incorporate the patent-pending Alpha-2™ surface-mount package for significant performance and cost advantages. The robust ceramic surface-mount package provides excellent electrical performance and a high degree of environmental protection for long term reliability in mm-wave communication and sensor systems, including VSAT and broadband wireless access. Voltage-feedback Amplifier
The model AD8039 voltage-feedback amplifier has exceptionally low quiescent current of 1 mA (typ) even at 350 MHz. The low power consumption of the amplifier will allow designers to minimize battery and cooling requirements, which, in turn, will save cost and allow higher density boards. Lower operating temperatures can also be expected to increase system reliability and product lifetime. HBT Driver Amplifiers

High Power GaAs FET
The model AM 072 MX-CB is part of a series of GaAs MESFETs. This device has a total gate width of 7.2 mm and is offered in a specially designed package with two screw holes on the flange to be mounted on a metal heatsink. The flange at the bottom of the package serves simultaneously as DC ground, RF ground and thermal path. Satellite Radio Signal Generator
The model CS2010SDARS satellite radio signal generator is an "all-in-one" solution for production testing of satellite delivered audio radio (SDARS)-capable radios. By providing the two satellite channels and the terrestrial repeater channel simultaneously, a single unit realistically and cost-effectively simulates a complete SDARS network connection. Narrowband Low Noise Oscillators
The FXD series of narrowband low noise oscillators covers frequencies from 2 to 9 GHz and is ideally suited for use as a DRO replacement. Ultra Low Noise VCO
The model SMV1885L surface-mount low profile package voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) is designed for the most demanding digital microwave radios. Transceiver
The model UDC-233233-FR2 compact, high performance transceiver is designed for use in point-to-point microwave radios used in LMDS cellular backhaul and digital enterprise microwave links. Built using the company's phase noise DROs, the transceiver has a fundamental operating frequency of 11.75 GHz with an inherent phase noise of -95 dBc at a 10 kHz offset and -121.5 dBc at 100 kHz offset. This insures improved bit error rate performance for microwave radios employing 64 QAM and higher modulation schemes. The transceiver contains both up and down converters designed to operate in the K- and Ka-bands (21 to 29 GHz) in a compact package. DDS Module
The model MS-2002 WaveCor DDS module is a CMOS DDS device that provides superior frequency resolution and unmatched broadband spurious and phase noise performance. Linear Integrated Transceiver Modules
This line of linear integrated transceiver modules is geared toward digital microwave radios utilizing 16 to 128 QAM modulation schemes and passing data through 155 Mbps. These units consist of the Tx upconverter, intermediate LO multiplier and distribution network, and all DC conditioning/distribution. The transmitter section includes IF pre-amplification and filtering, upconverter mixer, image and LO filtering, variable-gain driver amplifiers, power amplification, and an output power detector. Portable Timing Reference
The RubiSource® T&M portable timing reference is based on the company's rubidium oscillator technology for universal use in test and measurement applications. A variety of coherent standard frequencies are provided. The unit's 1 PPS output signal provides exact timing information and this output can be synchronized to an external 1 PPS input signal. The reliable output signals are based on the highly accurate and stable rubidium oscillator inside the unit. The rubidium's fast warmup eliminates the need for backup batteries. The RubiSource T&M can be locked to an external primary source such as a GPS receiver or Cesium standard for automatic frequency calibration of the rubidium oscillator and/or enhancing the intrinsic rubidium accuracy to near-cesium quality.
