RFMW Announces Single, Dual Channel Switch + LNA from pSemi
RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for new switch + LNA modules from pSemi.
Four modules are available for 4G, 4.5G macro/micro cells and 5G massive MIMO systems. Two single-channel modules (PE53111 and PE53110) and two dual-channel modules (PE53211 and PE53210) are available covering 2.3 to 2.7 and 3.3 to 3.8 GHz. Capable of handling 5 W average power, gain is greater than 30 dB. Current draw is only 90 mA per channel at 5 V offering 25 percent lower power consumption than similar modules. In addition, the 5 mm x 5 mm modules contain internal matching networks and on-chip regulators/controllers thereby reducing PCB footprint requirements by 60 percent with no external components needed. Receivers in remote radio heads and pico-cells benefit from the high input power capability.
