Foundry Process
The NASTEE (no added steps tunneling electrical erasable) process is a unique embedded capability that increases the flexibility of trimmed components produced with its 0.5 mm mixed-signal process. NASTEE replaces and improves traditional masking and laser-trimming techniques used to fine-tune analog and mixed-signal circuits. Using fewer steps than traditional masked electronically erasable technology, NASTEE reduces cost and cycle time and allows trimming (or fine-tuning) at the wafer sort level and again in the package.
