IS-95 16-channel CDMA Source
The Zebra series 16-channel CDMA source is designed to test power amplifiers for CDMA signals. Additional applications include IS-95 CDMA forward-channel simulation, adjacent-channel power ratio measurements and realistic characterization of power amplifiers per IS-97 specifications. Sixteen data-encoded CDMA channels are combined digitally with a user-selectable mixing ratio. The combined output is band limited with digital and analog filters and output as IS-95 baseband I and Q signals. These signals can then modulate an external RF generator to simulate an IS-95 CDMA base station with up to 16 selectable Walsh channels.

Commercial Wideband VCO
The model VCO190-2225T commercial wideband VCO generates frequencies from 1950 to 2500 MHz with control voltages from 0.5 to 11 V. The unit typically requires 12 mA of current. Phase noise at 10 kHz offset is -93 dBc/Hz (typ), output power is 0 dBm (typ) and second- and third-harmonic suppression is -15 and -18 dBc (typ), respectively. The VCO is housed in a 0.50" x 0.50" x 0.18" surface-mount, pick-and-place/reflow-compatible package.
