Molex Inc., a global electronic components company, said that it has completed the acquisition of South Grafton, MA-based Temp-Flex Cable Inc. Temp-Flex designs and manufactures specialty wire and cable products that provide technological solutions for the medical, aerospace, military, computer, electronics, test and measurement and industrial markets.

According to Mike Miskin, Vice President and General Manager, Cable Products Business Unit of Molex Inc.’s Global Integrated Products Division, this is a strategic acquisition that will give Molex access to development and manufacturing expertise for specialty wire and cable products that will expand its high performance cable assembly business.

Temp-Flex has an excellent group of talented, experienced people in addition to its technical expertise in design and manufacturing.”

Ray Baril, Temp-Flex Founder and President, agrees that Molex’s global resources and presence in the high performance cable assembly market will give both companies the opportunity for faster growth.
