 API Technologies Corp., a leading provider of high performance RF/microwave, power and security solutions for high-reliability applications, has added the APPREG2 to its line of radiation-hardened (rad-hard) power management products.  

 Crystek's CVCO55CC-1680-1680 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 1680 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -117 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. 

 Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) model V844ME36-LF. The V844ME36-LF operates at 4100 to 4300 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc and provides better than 1.1:1 tuning linearity.

 Linear Technology Corp. announces the LTC3124, a dual-phase, 3MHz, current-mode, synchronous boost DC/DC converter with output disconnect and inrush current limiting. Dual-phase operation significantly reduces peak inductor and capacitor ripple currents, minimizing component size while delivering lower output ripple versus an equivalent single-phase device. 

 CTS Corporation, through its subsidiary CTS Tusonix, announces the release of two new sample kits of electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) filters specifically suited for microwave applications.
