Dynawave Cable Inc., a top developer and supplier of high-performance RF/microwave coaxial connectors, cables, and cable assemblies, has announced a new global distribution agreement with Richardson Electronics Ltd., a leading supplier of high-frequency and high-power devices and components for commercial, industrial, and military/aerospace markets and applications.

Ericsson and Huawei have agreed on extending their global patent license agreement between the two companies. The agreement includes a cross license that covers patents relating to both companies’ wireless standard-essential patents (including the GSM, UMTS and LTE cellular standards). Under the agreement, both companies are able to access and implement the other company’s standard essential patents and technologies globally.

M/A-COM Technology Solutions Holdings Inc. RFMW Ltd. and Southwest Antennas of San Diego, Calif., have announced a distribution agreement effective November 30, 2015. RFMW Ltd. is a specialized distributor providing customers and suppliers with focused distribution of RF and microwave components as well as specialized component-engineering support.

ANADIGICS Inc. announced that, on December 15, 2015, its board of directors, after consultation with its financial and legal advisors, has unanimously determined that an offer from a third party to acquire all of the outstanding shares of ANADIGICS common stock for $0.48 per share in cash pursuant to an all-cash tender offer and second-step merger constitutes a "Superior Offer" within the meaning of the previously announced agreement and plan of merger with affiliates of GaAs Labs LLC (the “Merger Agreement”).

Skyworks Solutions Inc., an innovator of high performance analog semiconductors connecting people, places and things, and PMC-Sierra Inc., a semiconductor and software solutions leader in storage, optical and mobile networks, announced that they have entered into an amended and restated merger agreement under which Skyworks has agreed to acquire PMC for $11.60 in cash per share of PMC common stock, an increase from its previous agreement to acquire PMC for $10.50 in cash per share of PMC common stock.
