EM Solutions has won a tender with Tokyo-based partner Jepico Corp. to provide its Ka-Band Satellite on the Move (SOTM) platform to the Japanese Government’s National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT). Aeroflex Ltd. and China Mobile Research Institute (CMRI) announced that the Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between CMRI and Aeroflex for a co-operation covering both LTE and LTE-A technologies.
