Agilent Technologies Inc. and Centellax announced they have signed a definitive agreement for Agilent to acquire the assets of Centellax’s test and measurement business. Centellax, a privately held company, designs and manufactures key technology and products such as bit-error ratio testers and signal generators used for testing high-speed digital communication systems and components.

DragonWave Inc. announced that it has reached an amended agreement for DragonWave’s acquisition of Nokia Siemens Networks’ microwave transport business including its associated operational support system (OSS) and related support functions. The amended agreement simplifies the transaction, and is intended to provide both companies with greater flexibility to adapt to changing market environments and enhance the delivery of customer-valued product features.

CPI International Holding Corp. and its wholly owned subsidiary CPI International Inc. (CPI) announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the Codan Satcom business from Codan Ltd.

(www.micronetics.com), a leading designer and manufacturer of microwave and radio frequency (RF) subsystems and components for defense and commercial customers.

Gaas Labs LLC, a private investment fund targeting the communications semiconductor market led by industry veteran John Ocampo, announced that it has acquired privately-held Nitronex Corp., an innovative leader in the design and manufacture of gallium nitride (GaN) based RF solutions for high performance applications in the defense, communications, cable TV, and industrial & scientific markets.

Agilent Technologies Inc. announced that AT4 Wireless Test Systems’ business assets are now part of Agilent. The two companies had announced an acquisition agreement on July 16. Financial details were not disclosed.

Teledyne Technologies Inc. and LeCroy Corp. jointly announced the successful completion of the acquisition of LeCroy. At a special meeting of stockholders held August 2, 2012, LeCroy stockholders approved and adopted the Agreement and Plan of Merger (the "Merger Agreement"), dated as of May 28, 2012, by and among LeCroy, Teledyne and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Teledyne.
