Skyworks Solutions Inc., an innovator of high performance analog semiconductors connecting people, places and things, today expanded its best-in-class antenna tuning product portfolio with the addition of several new high performance solutions.

 Z-Communications Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) model V590ME09-LF.  Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) model V844ME36-LF. The V844ME36-LF operates at 4100 to 4300 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc and provides better than 1.1:1 tuning linearity.
