Integra Technologies Inc. (ITI) announced the development of several high powered LDMOS devices designed specifically to operate in the 960 to 1215 MHz frequency range. Integra now provides a LDMOS line-up from 15 W to over 500 W of output power in support of the TACAN communication market with newly released PNs ILD0912M15HV, ILD0912M150HV and ILD0912M500HV.

“We are pleased to add to our already extensive portfolio of devices in the TACAN market,” said John Titizian, Integra’s Founder and President. “LDMOS technology handles the longer pulse widths and higher duty cycles that our customers are demanding. The high gain performance of LDMOS devices is ideally suited for driver stages paired with our high power bipolar devices in this market.”
