Do you enjoy discovering new running trails when you travel? If so, check out mapmyrun.com. This site is a tried and true resource when it comes to planning a run in an unfamiliar location. With IMS2010 in Anaheim just weeks away, it’s a good time to visit their web site and check out some of the courses recommended by the locals. Do so before your pre-show workload gets out of control. For all you runners who want to get a few miles in before or after a day at the symposium, here are a few potential courses ranging from a 5K distance up to a half-marathon run. Happy trails.
