Andy Humen has been appointed VP for Electronics Capabilities of Cobham Sensor Systems. Since its formation, Cobham Sensor Systems has operated with two major capability areas: sensor and microwave electronics, and microwave components. Humen has accepted the position of Vice President of a reshaped Cobham Sensor Systems with responsibility for the sensor and microwave electronics business units (BU).

The Microwave Electronics BUs in San Diego, CA, Richardson, TX, San Jose, CA, Lowell, MA, Roanoke, VA and Milton Keynes, UK, will now report directly to Humen as will the Sensor Electronics Business Units in Lansdale, PA, Baltimore, MD, Bolton, MA, Largo, FL, and Hunt Valley, MD.

Humen was most recently the Vice President responsible for operations in Lansdale, PA, Baltimore, MD, Bolton, MA and Largo, FL. He was also the Director of Advanced Technology and Technology Control Officer for the Cobham Sensor Systems SBU, where he was responsible for the coordination of technology development across the SBU and Cobham. Prior to joining Cobham, Humen was Co-founder and General Manager of E-tenna, a Business Area Director at L-3, an Engineering Manager at Raytheon, and an Antenna Design and Test Engineer at Northrop Grumman.
