Integra Technologies' IBP2729MH300 is a 50 ohm matched high power pulsed pallet amplifier for S-band radar systems operating over the instantaneous bandwidth of 2.7 to 2.9 GHz. This pallet combines devices with hermetically sealed lids for optimum reliability in the harshest environmental conditions. The pallet supplies a minimum of 300 W of peak pulse power under the conditions of 100 μs pulse width and 10 percent duty cycle.
