Herley Industries Inc. announced that it has received a follow-on contract award of approximately $7.1 M to produce complex integrated microwave assemblies used in the upgrade of an existing electronic attack aircraft program. The award is from a major US defense contractor, and production will be at Herley New England in Woburn, MA.
Myron Levy, Herley's Chairman and CEO, commented, "Herley New England has been providing a number of microwave components and assemblies for this US prime contractor on this program for many years, and we expect additional, significant awards in the future.
