Lake Shore Cryotronics to Showcase Probe Stations

Lake Shore Cryotronics manufactures an advanced line of cryogenic, magnet-based, load-lock and high vacuum micro-manipulated probe stations used for measurement of electrical, electro-optical, parametric, high Z, DC, RF and microwave (up to 67 GHz) properties of materials and test devices.

Features include cryogen-free CCR-based platforms, horizontal or vertical field magnet-based platforms, load-lock capability, up to six micro-manipulated probe arms, up to four-inch wafer probe capability, temperatures from 1.5 K to 475 K and vacuum to 10-7 torr.
