TRAK Microwave Corp. announced that it has been awarded a contract from Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems (IDS), Andover, MA, to supply several critical components for the DDG 1000 Zumwalt Program.
The DDG 1000 is the lead ship of a class of next-generation multi-mission surface combatants tailored for land attack and littoral dominance with capabilities that defeat current and projected threats and improve battle force defense. TRAK Microwave will supply a family of high performance ferrite components for integration into the radar and supporting microwave subsystems.
