Microwave Device Technology Corp. (MDT) introduced the MSD7800 series of PIN Diode Microwave Switch Drivers specified to switch in less than 10 ns. The MSD7801 is a single PIN Driver designed for SPST switches and the MSD7802 is designed as a complementary driver for SP2T switches. Other driver configurations are available upon request.
MDT Switch Drivers are compatible with standard logic families and contain internal spiking and decoupling capacitors.
MSD7800 drivers are assembled on FR4 circuit boards using conformal coated components and meet RoHS lead-free standards. Packaged drivers are available upon request.
