Harris Stratex Networks Inc. has opened its international headquarters (IHQ) in Changi Business Park Central, Singapore. Heading up the new entity, Harris Stratex Networks (S) Pte. Ltd., is vice president and general manager, Asif Rahman.

The headquarters begins operations with 12 employees, with plans to capitalize on the facility’s 12,500 ft2 occupancy by expanding the workforce to over 60 within 24 to 36 months.

The majority of these employees will be professionals, mainly recruited from Singapore. The new headquarters will serve as a global logistics and procurement centre, capitalizing on Singapore's world class seaport and airport infrastructure.
