The 2007 Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFIC) Symposium is the leading conference on advancements and innovations occurring in RF integrated circuits, wireless sub-systems, broadband communications and circuit technology for emerging wireless applications.

The RFIC Symposium is part of Microwave Week, the largest international conference devoted to the research, development, and application of RF and microwave theory and techniques. The RFIC Symposium is held at the Hawaii Convention Center, Honolulu, HI, from Sunday, June 3rd to Tuesday, June 5th, 2007.
The RFIC Symposium is sponsored by the Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S), and co-sponsored by the Electron Devices Society (ED-S) and by the Solid State Circuit Society (SSCS), all part of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
The Technical Program Committee chairs, Jenshan Lin and Tina Quach, are managing an exceptional team of reviewers to carefully review and accept only the best papers: outstanding presentations will be offered on Monday, June 4th, and Tuesday, June 5th. Following the RFIC tradition, Sunday workshops, oral sessions, interactive forum and panel sessions will make our attendees’ schedule very busy for the full length of the RFIC Symposium.
The 2007 RFIC Symposium has received an all-time record of 349 papers, more than 30 percent over the 2006 level. Both the RFIC and the IMS organizations are experiencing a large number of paper submissions: we are confident that these are early indicators of a very large attendance as well.
The 2007 RFIC Symposium attendees will also enjoy the presentations of two leading experts in the industry during the plenary session scheduled on Sunday, June 3rd, at 5:30 pm. The first speaker is Charles Persico, Senior Vice President of Engineering at Qualcomm Inc. He will present a talk entitled "Wireless Convergence - Your Phone is Not Just a Phone Anymore." The second speaker, Dwight C. Streit, Ph.D., Vice President, Electronics Technology, Northrop Grumman Space Technology, will discuss "Technology Directions for Future RF Applications."
A reception will follow the presentation and give all the attendees an informal and relaxed environment to catch up with friends and colleagues.
The RFIC Steering Committee has coordinated its efforts with the IMS Steering Committee without which we could not offer our attendees the best conference in the world.
