iTerra MMIC Amplifiers Deliver High Power and Gain

iTerra Communications will showcase its new iT2003 and iT2004 single-bias broadband MMIC power amplifiers that cover 2 to 20 GHz and provide the best available combination of power, gain, gain flatness and noise figure of any commercially-available MMIC single-bias amplifiers covering this frequency range.

The iT2003 delivers up to 16 dB of gain (±1 dB) with P1dB output power of 25 dBm and Psat of 26 dBm. Minimum noise figure is 3.5 dB. The iT2004 has a gain of 10 dB (±0.5 dB), with a P1dB of 29 dBm and Psat of 30 dB. Minimum noise figure is 4.5 dB.
