TenXc Wireless Inc., an innovator in intelligent radio frequency solutions for enhanced wireless networks, and Coherent Designs Pvt. are to establish a joint development center in Islamabad, Pakistan. The new development center expands TenXc's existing research and development capabilities and will play an integral role in the development of evolving 4G access systems such as mobile WiMAX and 3GPP LTE with combined MIMO/AAS technology.
The center's engineering team will collaborate closely with its TenXc counterparts in Canada on joint design and development of enhanced wireless access subsystems. As an integral part of the company's product development program, the center will primarily focus on the implementation of spatial processing algorithms in DSP and FPGA platforms.
