Radiall continues to divest some of its north American interests, the most recent being the signing of an agreement for the sale of the wireless and automotive antennas assets of its Radiall Larsen Antenna Technologies (Radiall Inc.) subsidiary, located in Vancouver, Washington, to Pulse, a subsidiary of the north American Group Technitrol.

The transaction gives Pulse the Larsen Trade Mark and all assets relating to the design and manufacture of antennas for wireless telecommunication and automotive markets. Pulse will operate from the Vancouver facility and retain all of the US employees relating to these activities.

Radiall will relocate its other Vancouver business (particularly military antennas) to its affiliate AEP in New Haven, CT. The company has indicated that the divested business represents less than 10 percent of estimated 2006 consolidated sales figures.
