Radiall has completed the sale of the filtered connectors assets of its Radiall Jerrik Inc. subsidiary located in Tempe, AZ, to Conesys Inc., headquartered in Torrance, CA. The completed transaction gives to Conesys the Jerrik Trade Mark and all assets relating to the design and manufacture of filter connectors and MIL-STD-1553 data bus cable assemblies. In addition, Conesys, through its newly established subsidiary, Jerrik Inc., will remain in the Tempe facility and retain all of the employees relating to these activities.

The acquisition of the Radiall assets complements Conesys’ position as a vertically integrated provider of circular and rectangular connectors to a wide range of industrial, commercial and general aviation, transportation and military customers.

For its part Radiall will relocate its sales organization, which supports the company’s other products and its fiber optic assembly activity, to new premises in Chandler, AZ, before the end of the year. The company indicates that the divested business represents less than 5 percent of its estimated 2006 consolidated sales figure.
