Alan Greenspan said data suggests "worst may well be over" in the U.S. Housing slump. European stocks climb to a five-year high. While the US growth suggests to continue to ease, raising stocks may suggest that end of growth decline is in sight. Expansion of global economy eased further in September, but should steady in 4Q06 as new order growth gained momentum. Global cost inflation fell to a fourteen-month low.
