Line Loss Equalizer

This line loss equalizer (LLE) combines filter and attenuator technology for a flat overall re- sponse up to 18 GHz. By linearly decreasing loss as frequency increases the line loss equalizers, it offers an effective solution to the line loss problem. With a minimum loss point as low as 1 dB and a wide variety of attenuation differentials one can compensate for a wide range of cable types and lengths.

Calibration Standards

These calibration standards are for dual high frequency probes that include the initial in- troduction for the GSGSG probe configurations with pitch between 100 to 250 mm. These new standards form an integral part of the on-wafer probing offerings that enable the performance of multiport linear devices and circuits to be measured under a desired mode of operation, thereby reducing modeling and design cycle time. To achieve this goal, these standards are used to calibrate commercially available mixed mode network analyzers such as the E5071B Agilent ENA series network analyzer to 8.5 GHz or the N1957A Agilent Physical Layer Test System to 50 GHz.
