SMP Connectors
These SMP connectors are an ideal choice for high density applications. They offer a broad frequency range and can be used up to 40 GHz, making them extremely versatile. The small size of the connectors permits connector spacing as close as 0.17", which reduces the overall packaging size. Furthermore, the SMP connectors weigh less than other connectors and are less susceptible to shock and vibration, contributing to lower overall package weight. The SMP components snap together, which reduces assembly and test time, and provides mis-alignment forgiveness. These connectors have passed the extensive testing of the Defense Electronic Supply Center (DESC) as well.
