Infinite Electronics Inc. will be represented at this year’s Society of Women Engineers’ WE18 Conference, the largest gathering of women engineers across all major engineering disciplines.

As part of this conference, Infinite’s Vice President of Marketing, Laurie Addison, EdD, will be presenting on Friday, October 19. The topic of her presentation will be "Breaking Boundaries Through Coach-Centric Leadership." The goal of this presentation is to encourage attendees to tap into their natural tendencies as women leaders to make a difference in their organizations and their lives using Coach-Centric Leadership. Dr. Addison said, “The quality and level of the women, and men, who attend this event is very impressive! It’s encouraging to see so many women engineers and women in leadership in one concentrated area all uniting around learning and developing themselves for stronger leadership.” Dr. Addison will be co-presenting with Miranda Ellis from AVEVA. Dr. Addison has more than 25 years of hands-on marketing experience in the electronics industry, holding senior positions and leading diverse, global teams in every aspect of dynamic marketing. She holds a Doctorate in Organization Leadership from Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, Malibu, Calif.; a MBA, emphasis in Marketing, from Regis University in Denver, Colo.; and a BS in Marketing.

The Society of Women Engineers’ WE18 conference will take place October 18-20, 2018 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minn. The theme of this year’s conference is "Let’s Break Boundaries," focusing on women engineers in all stages of their careers breaking boundaries both personally and for women across the globe.
