RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for RF Circulator Isolator, Inc (RFCI) circulators designed to meet the demands of linear power amplifiers in lower 5G band systems. RFCI’s latest brochure outlines available surface mount models ranging from 3100 to 5000 MHz.

Miniaturized ‘pin-style’ devices are offered in square or round packages with forward power handling of 500 W and reverse power handling of 20 or 30 W depending on the package. All models feature low insertion loss and high isolation with a wide operating temperature range. Ideally suited for high-volume manufacturing, these circulators are available on tape and reel and may be ordered in clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation.
