PMI Model PE2-16-300M20G-1R7-15-12-SFF works from 300 MHz to 20 GHz, with noise figure of 3 dB at 300 MHz and 18 GHz, single supply voltage of +12 to +15 volts at 90 mA current, with a gain of 12 dB to 16 dB and P1dB of 13 dBm.
This device can now be used with other higher gain stages and equalizers to achieve a frequency flatness and total noise figure of less than 3 dB in the 300 MHz to 18 GHz range.
