Microsemi has confirmed its participation at the International Microwave Symposium (IMS) 2018. They will be located at Booth #1635 in the Pennsylvania Convention Center, in Philadelphia from June 12-14.

- Demo of its 1011GN-2200VG GaN on SiC Pallet which achieves 70 percent power added efficiency with output power of 2200 W and 20 dB typical power gain at 1030 and 1090 MHz

Microsemi has made significant investments over the last 12 months. The company has added SAW filters, modules and VCSO’s to its portfolio through the acquisition of Phonon and Vectron. These products are ideally suited for defense, space, communications and industrial markets. Microsemi's SAW filters can be customized with performance up to 2.7 GHz in SMT packages as small as 1.6 mm x 1.4 mm. The VCSO products offer ultra-low jitter performance and operate up to 3.2 GHz.
