RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for an ultra low-noise amplifier with integrated bypass function. The Qorvo QPL9095 offers 0.6 dB noise figure and operates from 500 to 1000 MHz. With 22 dB of gain, the QPL9095 provides 33 dBm OIP3 in LNA mode and 35 dBm OIP3 in Bypass mode. Internally matched, only 4 external components are needed for operation from a single +3.3 to +5 V supply.
Targeted for wireless infrastructure applications, it’s packaged as a 2x2mm DFN.
