EDI CON China 2018 enjoyed a year of record growth in both attendance and exhibition space March 20-22, 2018 at the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing. In its sixth year, EDI CON China continues to be the largest microwave and high speed digital design conference and exhibition in China.
This year’s event saw a 20 percent increase in exhibition space and 15 percent increase in attendance. Individual conference session attendance saw an average increase of 60 percent, with the majority of attendees returning over the course of multiple days. Space is already being booked for the 2019 event, and is on a record pace for returning exhibitors.
"We continue to be very pleased with the response to EDI CON China," said Ivar Bazzy, president of Horizon House, the conference's organizer. "The energy and enthusiasm of the attendees is fantastic to experience, as they look to learn about new products and techniques from the world’s leading experts in their fields."
The technical sessions were organized around tracks focused on 5G, test and measurement, radar/communications, amplifiers, RF/microwave, measurement and modeling, signal integrity and power integrity. The exhibition included more than 100 exhibitors, including Host Sponsor Keysight Technologies, Diamond Sponsor Rohde & Schwarz and Corporate Sponsor National Instruments.
