Integra Technologies, a supplier of high-power RF and microwave transistors and amplifiers, announced a 1 kW pulsed pallet amplifier covering 960 to 1215 MHz.
The IGNP0912L1KW supplies a minimum of 1000 W pulsed (2.5 ms pulse width and 20 percent duty cycle) with greater than 12 dB gain. Drain efficiency is greater than 55 percent, and pulse droop is less than 0.8 dB. The GaN-on-SiC pallet amplifier is matched to 50 Ω and is biased with +28 V on the drain and a negative gate bias.
The large-signal RF parameters are 100 percent tested on each amplifier.
