RFMW Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Skyworks Solutions SKY66114-11, a low power front end module for bluetooth low energy (BLE) applications. A fully integrated 2.4 GHz module, the SKY66114-11 offers 23 dBm Tx output power which quadruples the effective range of standalone system on chip (SoC) solutions.

Receive sensitivity is boosted by 7 dB and the operating supply voltage ranges from 1.7 to 3.6 V. Improved efficiency with lower current requirements offer advantages in ZigBee, Thread and BLE designs.

Offered in a low profile, 2.4 x 2.4 mm package.
