RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for high throw count switches from Peregrine Semiconductor. Optimized for 4G and 4.5G wireless infrastructure switching applications such as robust digital pre-distortion (DPD) loops, filter banks and transmit/receive (T/R) path signal routing, the PE42462 (SP6T), PE42482 (SP8T) and PE42412 (SP12T) offer 35 to 41 dB of port-to-port isolation, high linearity, < 1.3 dB insertion loss and 2 W CW power handling. All three absorptive switches cover a frequency range from 10 MHz to 8 GHz, making them ideal for 5 GHz LTE Licensed Assisted Access (LAA) and LTE Wi-Fi Link Aggregation (LWA). Switching speeds are 210 nS for the PE42462, 227 nS for the PE42482 and 232 nS for the PE42412.
