It is specified for the frequency range of 0.05 to 6 GHz, and can operate at a control voltage from 1.8 V to 5 V. The CG2409X3 is manufactured using state-of-the-art pHEMT technology and is packaged and tested in Japan with high quality and reliability. It is a drop-in replacement for Renesas’ uPG2409T6X switch.
